NGATI HINE HEALTH TRUST

THE NORTHLAND GP

We want to do extraordinary things

in General Practice and Primary Care.

We need exceptional people.

THE NORTHLAND GP

GENERAL PRACTITIONERS

Ngāti Hine Health Trust is one of the largest service providers in Northland (400 staff) delivering services across the Mid-North and Whangārei.

We are extremely proud to have delivered the largest number of vaccinations in Northland, behind the DHB.

We now have an opportunity for 2-3 GPs to join our mid-north General Practices (Kawakawa and Moerewa) and support our aspirations to grow our General Practice footprint across Northland, in the near future.

We are excited about the opportunities the health reform agenda presents for innovation and integration within primary care.

Our General Practices are on a pathway to relocate (in 2023) to brand-new, purpose-built facilities, at the Bay of Islands Hospital in Kawakawa, where you will have the opportunity to specialise in rural health, support service delivery on the wards and participate in rural GP training opportunities in a hospital that is entering stage 2 of its upgrade.
